Following is a summary of the changes made to the first draft: Added prime contractor Organization association to Contract. Changed TimeChargeMethod availableDays to workingDays. Moved ContractEvent and ContractEventType from ConstructionProgress package to ProjectConstructionStatus package. Removed Contract.percentTimeComplete. This value can be computed from the currentTimeAvailable and currentTimeCharged on the contract-level ContractMilestone. Added FederalWorkType enumeration and added federalWorkType to Contract and ConstructionProject. Added ContractIDType data type and associated ContractIDScheme code list. Added Contract.contractID. Replaced ConstructionProject.number to ConstructionProject.projectID. Changed ContractMilestone.ID from ID data type to String data type. Added additional context diagrams. Refined attribute multiplicity, including postalCodeExtensionID. Added attribute descriptions. Refined navigability of associations.
